I had a fantastic experience with the Budget at the Bangor airport. We had numerous flight cancellations and Budget did everything they could to make the changes we needed. Very impressed with their staff and how the manager handled our (very stressful) situation.

Nice, new car. The attendant, Isaac, was extremely helpful and made took great pride in his job. He was a delight.

There is not a real fast break or Avis preferred desk/service. Expect long lines and slooow service!
