From picking up the vehicle very late where the attendant, Nilah (that was the name on the card) stayed knowing the flight was changed and would be there late that night to returning the vehicle with Jacob who was incredibly professional and very personable the staff at Bangor airport was awesome. “Had a remarkably good experience renting from Hertz. No long lines or hard-sell on options, etc. Just basically told where to find the car and that the keys would be in it. Returning the car was the same. Park it and take the keys to the counter. No line. No fuss. I normally rent with Enterprise, but got a promo with American Airlines for Hertz so thought I’d give Hertz another try. They are catching-up to the kind of service I always expect from Enterprise, but with better pricing!”
