“Lee, the driver, couldn't have been better: friendly, efficient, professional, competent, great communication. My car had been damaged by a falling tree branch. Lee encouraged me to have an arborist assess other trees nearby.”

“Scott was polite, courteous, professional, arrived in a timely fashion, and gave us a tow at what I thought to be a very fair & reasonable price. We couldn't have asked for more in our time of need. Thank you Scott.”

“I talked to Ben at Leonard Heavy Duty Towing, unfortunately this was after being ripped off by another company. Ben was polite, and knowledgeable. He gave me a great price, so we made arrangements for him to tow my 40ft Park Model RV. He showed up on time and with the right equipment. The guy is a true professional, and I mean professional ! He hooked up and pulled out without a problem. After I locked up the property, I found Ben a couple of miles down the road, with a flat tire. He was already making arrangements to get one there. He assured me this stuff happens and it was no big deal, and he would get my RV the hundred miles to my camp. I knew it was in good hands so I continued my trek north. My wife and I got to camp without any issues. While sitting there discussing the day and wondering when Ben was going to show up. He calls, and wants to know where I want it ? This is a true Professional. I highly recommend them, if they say they're going to do it and do it right, Believe Them !!!! Thank You”

“These guys over the phone, at the desk, and the installers went above and beyond for me. They dealt with diagnosing a defective trailer harness from factory and were able to rewire the harness pins and get it working correctly. Since I bought the harness elsewhere (3 of them actually because they were all wired wrong from factory) I did not expect them to put so much effort in. Thanks!”

“We dropped the car off and while it took longer than I'd hoped, Kris was professional and courteous. I got a little inpatient Kris was understanding and apologetic. They did great work and we took it to Moody's because of their reputation for excellence. They did not disappoint. Very client friendly.”
