“5 stars are not enough to rate westgate! They are very awesome team. Tony is a one in a million mechanic that is very honest and helpful. I went to their shop to diagnose if my car has a bad O2 Sensors. Tony offered to do it for free! A day before that I was in another service center near my area and the guy will charged me 146 per hour for diagnostic alone and quoted around 400 to 500 if there are sensors that needs to be replaced. I refused and thought I would rather drive an extra miles to reach Westgate than paying a seemingly overcharged service! “Spent $85 on G1 paint for my 2019 ford. Told the guy it was a black truck, 2019. He mixed me up G1 grey metallic for a pre 2011 ford. I showed him a pic of the truck and everything. Well I did a test on the rocker and it clearly is the wrong color for my year. The calipers I bought were good and a good price but be careful with purchasing paint as there isn’t a refund even if they mix the wrong mode year paint code lol. Live and learn I guess”

“Recently my wife and I were visiting the beautiful state of Maine from Michigan. We found ourselves on the side of the highway with an overheated Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had our Jeep towed to Auto Radiator Service in Bangor. It was after hours so we called the next morning. I spoke with Randy and he said he would get our Jeep looked at shortly. The lovely woman in the office pulled some strings to get someone to survey the location to be sure they could commit to this job.After multiple phone calls and exchanging information with Nick, it was determined that we would not be able to move forward with this project.However, the customer service and willingness to accommodate my job on such short notice does not go unnoticed. “This is the only tire shop that would help me! Got a nail in my tire in Bar Harbor Maine and i was told by all tire shops they were too full to patch me. Called this shop and he said he could get me in same day. On the drive to Bangor my tire blew and we were towed there. Their team got my family and I in and out within 30 minutes. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! especially kind considering we were on a cross country road trip from Indiana.”

After months of research I had landed on a Subaru Crosstrek and with prices being what they are these days, new was almost the same as used even by KBB standards. I walked in already knowing the price differences for packages and what I wanted.Jordan met myself and my three kiddos at the door and immediately put me at ease.
