I asked to see some rings but really didn’t know what I wanted, and also wasn’t sure about sizing. They were so helpful and so patient and picked ones that they thought would suit me or just that they liked. It was really fun, it felt like I was shopping for a friend. I ended up coming home with two of their picks!”

Had to return an item I really loved, due to a defect, but couldn't exchange it as there were no more. She returned it and ordered one to be delivered to me. “I had excellent service! We are going on a cruise next week and I needed cute clothes for our cruise. I made an appointment with Sandra and she was amazing!! She helped me a couple years ago and this time she went over and beyond. She knew exactly what sundresses I looked cute in and flattering with my figure. I don’t like wearing shorts because of my thighs. She listened to me and I have a cute skorts outfits that I feel comfortable wearing.I have amazing new outfits to wear on the cruise and even after the cruise I can wear the outfits to work as well that’s a huge win win!!Thank you so much Sarah!!I can’t forget to say thank you to Marsali for adjusting my receipt to receive more discounts. I was very pleased with the two sales clerks, Jayda and Kayla, who helped me with my issue and who were very professional, helpful and friendly. I was so happy with how I was treated by them, that I asked for their names so that I could mention their names specifically in my review of the store and my experience. Top notch customer service!!”
“I came in here for an alteration to have the sleeves of my suit jacket shortened. Service was friendly. They took my measurements and shipped my suit jacket to their Belfast location for the alteration, and returned the jacket extremely promptly. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price ($30). They even restitched the buttons on the sleeves. Communication was excellent.”
