“Great community building restaurant. It’s a free meal with family style seating at large tables. They don’t expect you to pay or donate but there’s a donation jar by where you get the silverware. Food is always delicious. Conversation is always amazing with locals and strangers alike.”
“A must-stop for any visitor looking to explore the full potential of their adventure to Bar Harbor, Mount Desert Island, and Acadia National Park. Executive Director Everal Eaton and his team are outstanding resources for both visitors and locals alike!”
“Was in town to hike Acadia for the week and bought a week pass for $50 to use the gym every morning. Chester (my memory is horrible but I’m pretty sure that was his name ?) was so lovely at the front desk and greeted me every morning! The gym had a great weight rack and plenty of equipment. Everyone was kind and respectful. Everything was clean and tidy. Will probably do the same next year when I come back.”
“You can tell the students are passionate about their school and the natural history. There were so many preserved specimens, the touch tank was fantastic and we learned heaps from the students! Will definitely be looking more into the college as a whole but highly recommend people visit here!”
