Heathwood Inn offers very clean rooms and a nice location near restaurants and a National Park. It features self-service, which limits staff interaction, and some rooms, like Gorham, face a main road, causing traffic noise. Guests enjoyed amenities like a sauna in the room and breakfast, but faced issues with access codes and unclear dining options. Overall, the experience was mixed, with some guests noting noise concerns affecting their stay.
Stained glass and jacuzzi tub in the Eden room were amazing. Loved that it was not directly in town. Homey and cozy.

We stayed at a rental property in Bar Harbor and it was fantastic. Great location, great communication from the property manager, and well furnished. I definitely recommend working w/ this company!

One is the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. It's all self service, so very little interaction with staff unless there is a problem. It's a little bit out of town and close to the road (noise, but not excessive). Overall a great place
