The High Seas Motel is a very nice place with a great location close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, near restaurants and a great lobster spot. It is a true standout, offering exceptional value. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, quiet, welcoming, and look like new, exactly what you would expect for the price. The property is well-maintained with a clean and cozy swimming pool and an exceptional pool area. Parking is next to your room. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and provides genuine care and kindness. The service goes above and beyond, creating a truly lovely experience. Check-in is smooth and the fresh morning coffee is a plus. It is a clean, comfortable, and quiet stay, delivering exceptional value in a perfect location. Guests would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it for visits to Acadia.

The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. It is close to Acadia national park. Shower water was nice and there is a lot of open space around the motel.

Great place and the pool is awesome. The rooms are big and tidy. Its a bargin here for sure. We will definitely be back on our next visit. They also have a self service laundry thats convenient
