The Bayview Hotel is a wonderful, excellent boutique hotel described as cozy, clean, comfortable, and elegant. It is located in a beautiful, super safe area near Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, offering beautiful ocean views from every room. Guests appreciate being close to the park and downtown but away from the crowds, with easy access and no lengthy walks to parking. Several restaurants, boat tours, and the free town bus are within walking distance, and the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service. The staff receives consistent praise, described as outstanding, extremely hospitable, helpful, kind, and warm. The hotel itself is extremely clean and comfortable, with big rooms, fantastic views, and super comfortable bedding and sheets. A wonderful, excellent breakfast is included each morning, and fantastic cookies are provided in the afternoon. While there is no onsite restaurant, the fantastic food and great chef are noteworthy. The overall experience is relaxing and enjoyable, making the hotel a real treat and a favorite place for guests who would most definitely stay again.
Excellent service. Rooms were great. Breakfast was good and the Charcuterie boards out all day was a nice touch. Other guests seemed more relaxed and pleasant due to how nice and homey the hotel felt

Our room was spacious and the view of the waterfront was charming. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quiet when we went to sleep for the night. We could hear every step from the unit above ours. The decor must be 20 years old or more.
