“A friend's elderly (85yr old) mother in law was in to have her battery checked and ended up with some different issues that lead to her car not starting and being disabled in the parking lot. When I arrived I found Autozoner Brandon outside, in the rain and off the clock trying to do what he could to help. His professionalism and excellent customer service in going over and above by trying to help an elderly person from our community is something that is rare nowadays. Autozone should be proud to have brand new employee that displays such empathy and respect along with great customer service to someone in need. Great job Brandon!”

“I stopped in, without an appointment, to see if they could change my oil. They did, and I was on my may in under 40 minutes. Not sure if that's always the case, or if I got lucky.Employees were nice. There's a picnic table, in the shade by the edge of the woods, where you can sit and wait.It was also the same price as the local garage that I typically use.”
