Pet Grooming

Paws & Claws Pet Spa and Grooming

Pet Care

Belfast Veterinary Hospital
193 Northport Ave, BelfastMy dog went in for a tooth extraction. It was known that was the reason we came in. I was quoted one price and when I picked my dog up it was surprising how much more the price went up.
That is the only negative thing I can say. My dog was taken care of very well. Her teeth look great. And everyone was very nice.
Just be prepared for a huge swing in price difference. If it weren't for the monetary discrepancy it would have been five stars.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Fon's Kitchen
132 High St, BelfastLovely, often quiet, dining experience in the front of the house. Often more lively in the bar section. Our food and service has always been very good. I love the Chive cakes and the Pad See ew, both dishes agree with my gluten sensitivity as they use rice flour. Fon's is a great choice for lunch or dinner and is a real asset to Belfast dining!!! I highly recommend you try it!

Front Street Pub
37 Front St, BelfastWe visited Belfast for the Ice Festival, and stopped at the Front Street pub both Friday and Saturday. Fun time both days! Joanie was our server Friday and was just great- very entertaining personality and prompt service. We went to their ice bar on Saturday- awesome time. After a short wait, we grabbed lunch inside, which was delicious. Terrific selection of Maine craft beers.
Highly recommend and we'll definitely visit again when we are in the area!

Young's Lobster Pound
2 Fairview St, BelfastThis place is so much fun. It was my first trip to Maine and this is where we celebrated my birthday at the end of September. I needed some time to take it all in and figure out how the ordering process worked. The employees were all friendly and very helpful. You pick out your seafood and whatever else you want, then you receive a number and you go upstairs, find a table to sit at and wait. When your order is ready, they call out your number through a microphone. You pick it up and go back upstairs to enjoy. You cannot get fresher! It was so delicious. The lobster stew was amazing and the whole lobster such a treat. We bought drinks there but you can bring your own. Several people brought their own bottles of wine and wine glasses and enjoyed a drink with their meal. This is the real deal. So much fun and wonderful food.
