24 Kindred Spirit Way, BucksportNice country setting, friendly staff and of course the dogs are happy to see us and get home but I believe they are well cared for while in the possession of these people, a d we won't leave our dogs with just anyone after having a totally absurd experience at a kennel in Hermon Maine that I won't get into. Do your research meet the staff, The folks at paws wings and things are not children they are experienced animal lovers. Bring your fur babies here when you need someone responsible to care for them

Bucksport Waterfront Restaurant
96 Main St, BucksportStopped for lunch and had a chef salad and a haddock sandwich. Food was very good. Service was good. There is a balcony with awesome views of the fort and bridge.
The place can really use an update and refresh, especially the carpet, in the dining area. The outside patio seemed fine.

10 ME-46, BucksportA MUST stop. Super quick, fresh seafood. They even have large tanks you can. Cute facts about lobsters, hung up, classic Maine joint. We got a Captains Platter with haddock, scallops, shrimp and clams. Very generous portion, my husband and I split it. Thanks for having us!
