He quickly diagnosed the issue with the oil pan/plug and came up with a smart workaround instead of pushing me into a full replacement. Extremely fair pricing for his time, too. “This was a great visit! I was greeted as I walked in and made to be felt very welcome. I actually had scheduled service for a different problem I thought I had. However, when I got there I told them what was going on and they were going to check to see if it was something else which it was. The technician I had was very knowledgeable and the guy did an awesome job. My vehicle had been skipping when I would accelerate so I thought it might be the transmission but it turned out I had bad plugs and related stuff. They were able to fix it completely in less than 3 hours and again I can't speak highly enough of their whole team in Augusta. Same with the technician. I had him the last time I came in for a simple inspection but this guy knows his stuff for sure and they are not out there to gouge you or anything like that. I would recommend the Augusta VIP to anyone and it will save you a lot of money versus going to the dealership.”
