“I had my car into four different garages because my air conditioning was not working properly each time paying hundreds of dollars where I would just have temporary cold air, I am disabled with low income and I could not handle those kind of losses but I found Phil Carter’s garage and within a short amount of time they found the actual problem for my air conditioner in my car and had it fixed where others failed or just rip me off but I’d rather focus on the one that did do the right thing they were more focused on being sure they fix the problem rather than just slap a bill until you have a good day. This is the kind of business ethic that is missing so much these days and if only every business treat their customers this way what a better world it would be.”

“I purchased a 2009 Audi A3 in April of 2021 as my son's first car. Unfortunately the car has had a host of issues: 1. Failed rear wiper motor, 2. Failed rear driver side door latch, 3. Oil Leaks (3 so far), 4. Failed Driver's Power Seat adjustment switches, 5. Failed Heater Blower, 6 Failed Alternator Belt, 7. Failed Ignition Coils. 8. Failed Manifold exhaust damper, 9. Unable to reset check engine light. 10. Broken windshield washer filler pipe. 11. Car loses anti-freeze and we are unable to figure out why.Those are the ones I can remember. As you might imagine, the experience has been quite frustrating given the car only had 69K when purchased. With all this said, Eric, the owner, has been great to work with. As stated in other reviews he is very honest and very fair. He has given me discounts on parts and labor and even taken full responsibility to cover the costs for some of these repairs. He did not need to do that, but did it because it was the right thing to do. That's how Eric operates.I would recommend buying a car from him. The service he provides is worth its weight in gold. There are so many other dealers that would have not supported me the way he has and for that reason I give his business 4 stars. Go to Euro-k. You won't regret it.”

“Great place to do business with. Nice people there. Only drawback was it took 5 mos to schedule an appointment. They said they were trying to hire more help but it just wasn't happening. Repair took 2 days as they stated that included painting too. Maybe the wait time for an appt isn't so long now. I would definitely go back there.”

“I popped 2 tires on the highway on 95 south in Pittsfield stranded for almost 4 hours on a Sunday night and they picked me up, drove me to a hotel, dropped the car off at their shop and immediately started working on it the next morning knowing I had to get home.
