“I was in the middle of a 6 hour trip when my engine was about to overheat. After going to the VIP in Waterville (they were too busy but also helpful) I was sent to this location. The guys were so kind and they were able to take care of my car issue. They showed me what piece needed replacement and kept me updated with price and progress throughout. For it being a stressful situation they set my mind at ease and were so wonderful and helpful. I’m so grateful for the entire experience from start to finish!”

“Went in for a 4 wheel alignment on my new to me explorer after putting new tires on at walmart cause it still had a sway going down the rd.. sure enough it was off by 3° on the drivers side back ..made a huge difference ..They mechanics there were very thorough , did excellent work , and explained everything out to us.. plus theres a 90 day warranty and recommend we bring it back in that time just to recheck it. Highly recommend VIP in Waterville. Loved them ❤️”

“My fiancé and I were able to buy a nice looking GMC Sierra for a reasonable price, and it's in very good condition and fixed up when we took it for a spin! We didn't have to wait for many days on end to buy the truck, everyone was fast, officiant, friendly, honest and helpful!!
