“Highly recommend here if your car needs collision repairs! I brought my truck here after hitting a deer and Joel was great. He kept me informed every step of the way there was one minor issue, but he got my truck right back in and fixed and I had it back a couple days later. Great customer service, and they did great work!”
“My boyfriend bought a car last night, and everything seemed to be driving perfectly fine. We stayed overnight at my sister’s in Biddeford, and the next morning the car suddenly started stalling, driving strangely, and an engine light came on. We immediately headed to the Biddeford AutoZone for some help.
Nick was incredibly helpful in reading the engine code for us, and Joe, the store manager, and Elaine were also so kind and willing to help. They determined that the issue was the alternator, helped us get a price on a replacement, and even went the extra mile to help us find a store nearby that would replace the part since we live about an hour and a half away.
All three of these employees—Nick, Joe, and Elaine—were VERY helpful, kind, and understanding during a stressful situation. We truly appreciate them taking the time to help us and going above and beyond! Thank you so much for the amazing customer service! ❤”
