“Easy car buying experience, sales were negotiable on pricing/trade-in. They went the extra mile of taking money off a repair that was not covered under warranty. My only complaint was a lack of communication between sales and service on a few issues.”
“Unfortunately, my vehicle left the service department after 3 hours today with the same issue we brought it in with. The staff were very friendly, but they were very busy and it seems they weren’t as thorough as they could have been. Told us they couldn’t recreate the sputter that happens when my car reaches 15-25mph. I asked if they hooked it up to the diagnostic tool and the gentleman said, “They had it for 3 hours so I’m sure they tried everything”. The bill does not specify if they did or not. Thankful they didn’t charge us the quoted diagnostic price of $155, but disappointed we wasted 3 hours to be told there is nothing wrong. The issue happened for us again the moment we pulled out of their lot ?. Again, not saying I wouldn’t recommend them because I believe they just had an overwhelming day but just a bit disappointed.”
“All went well for first visit after purchasing our new RAV4. It was time for the first oil change and tire rotation that is part of the two year warranty. They also encouraged a wheel alignment for $129 that I thought was just a way for the dealership to make some money so I passed. Otherwise all went well.”

“Have had a couple good experiences here. First was getting my oil change - in and out super quick and the clerk (female, I forget her name, but so sweet) worked with me to honor my oil change coupon that I accident had ripped in half.
Two weeks later, my exhaust pipe cracked so I came into the parts section. Mike and his colleague (ball cap and white beard, didn’t catch his name) gave me some good advice and went out of their way to contact a couple local mechanics who specialize in the specific flex pipe repair I needed, and got me in to see one of the mechanics up the road that day. I will definitely be returning to this location for service and parts.”
