I ordered a package to be delivered to the Walgreens in my town. The Walgreens told FedEx they couldn’t deliver it due to the package being over 50 pounds. FedEx never told me they couldn’t deliver to the Walgreens and sent my package back to their facility. Once I found out I asked them to deliver my package to my home address. They told me they could deliver it on a day that works with my schedule. The day it was supposed to arrive to my house, it didn’t. So I called to see where the package was and they told me it’s back on the truck heading to their facility. They then told me they could schedule for delivery the next day or go pick it up. Like excuse me?? I already called to schedule a delivery. Their facility is an hour away from where I live. I am super annoyed and this has been the worst experience with FedEx I’ve ever had.

Delivered my package to the wrong address and now I won’t answer the phone for me to file a claim. There’s a picture of where they delivered it which is not my house.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Truly the worst, laziest drivers. New work equipment needs a signature for delivery- I live in a building with MULTIPLE residents- no text call or anything. I have called customer service numerous times asking for it to be left at the leasing office, put a note on the door to call etc and they choose to ignore the requests and now it is being sent back to the sender... absolute bull.. lazy

These drivers are the ABSOLUTE WORST!! THEY CONSTANTLY DELIVER MY PACKEAGES TO THE WRONG HOUSES!! NOT EVEN ON MY STREEET! HOW CAN SOMEONE BE SO AWFUL AT THEIR JOB? INCOMPETENT LOSERS!!!

Two days in a row delivery was delayed due to weather. Both times it was out for delivery. The weather outside is sunny and clear just like it was yesterday. Called Customer service. We can't take your call right now. Goodbye. This is a regular occurrence. Ridiculous.

I don't know what it is with these delivery drivers not doing there job delivered my package to my dumpster and left 2nd time this driver has done this do not trust this company for deliveries

Who leaves a package on the side walk next to an apartment building downtown rather than putting it in their mail room or even inside the front door? FEDEX, that's who. Please never get rid of the US postal service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Twice now I have had packages coming from the Biddeford FedEx office and somehow my packages are being dropped off at the incorrect location. Both instances the picture was the exact same of some random White House on the side. FedEx will not work with me to retrieve my packages

This location is awful with deliveries, my package has been loaded on the truck for delivery since 12/08 and it is now 12/12 and still no delivery. First excuse was weather on Monday yet I got other deliveries, and after that no excuses, they just didn't bother. I should just have paid for UPS at least they are dependable. Update they finally delivered my package after 5 days but I still don't have it because they left it at the wrong address.

Horrible delivery drivers. I had a package stolen on 12/11/24. The package was said to be delivered by 8pm on 12/11 and it was delivered around 8:50pm which is fine. However the package was not left at my door. It was put on top of my family members car (this has happened multiple times now) in the pouring rain right by the road instead of at my door where it would’ve been in front of a ring camera with a motion detection light. So now a Christmas gift of mine is gone, there’s scratches on my car, and I’m stuck in a limbo between the company a bought the item from and FedEx trying to figure out who is going to fix this issue for me. I’d give them a zero star if I could.

The secretary (I think her name is Julie) is so helpful and fixed the problem I was having with help of their senior manager, Kyle. They correct the issues by the book and ensure my products get to my clients safely!! I’m lucky to be in their delivery zone!
