I walked into the shop and may as well have been a ghost, I'd be surprised if this review gets notice from them, all the sales guys were doing were losing customers as they walked from the store. I stood there in the middle of your store and never was asked once if I needed help, I did. i needed help getting a friend a phone. NEVER EVER would I switch back to you. last year I switched to AT&T when your workers went on strike and I wasn't informed and I was overcharged for data because whomever monitors such things I guess wasn't working. but we're your customers informed no sir. this isn't a biased post I was a loyal sheep customer of yours for 10 years, but since switching have never been treated better. at this shop I felt like a sheep again. VERIZON YOU SUCK and the people you hire suck. get new service employees before your network sees it's demise.

I went in to this store yesterday because I am a new customer and ordered my new phone online and was having issues with switching my number over from the old carrier. Aaron helped us out with the problem and did such a great job! He was incredibly knowledgeable, clearly knew what needed to happened and worked on it until he got the issue solved. Great manager and customer service!

I have to go to this store when I buy online and pick up instore. Even though I live closer to another store. Some glitch doesn't recognize that one online. Every time I go in they're always really helpful and nice

Omg no get a prepaid service att and Verizon sell Walmart returned phones cause when on contract you are screwed Worst equipment and service Verizon No emails no texts consistently drops calls Highly DONT RECOMMEND VERIZON IF YOU REALLY WANT SERVICE me trying to email or call or text with Verizon Service and brand new s22 ultra 1000 Phone my friends 19 yr old phone works better give it up Verizon your a dead horse on service !!

(Check out the other 1 star reviews over the last year. A lot of similar stories......)I am unable to rate below a single star unfortunately.Both my wife and I had an incredibly frustrating experience when dealing with associates at this store (one former jeweler in particular who should be avoided at all costs) who made promises that were not met by the promotion we were signed up for over our objections. My wife did not want a new phone, but was given and charged for one anyway. I am also now not able to use features of the phone I had to buy from Verizon on my new carrier.What's the most frustrating is that management at this branch knows of the issues with this associate and his proclivity to "gloss over" the contract details and rebate structures to make a sale and has continued to employ them and allow them to continue hard selling their customers with false promises. I had to raise my voice in order to get this associate to answer a simple question, which I later found out was not even the true answer.Your employees reflect directly on your company. Biddeford branch is not helping Verizon's brand.

I walked into the store fully ready to hand over money and my old phone, to trade up for a new one. No one approached me, which was honestly nice at first. However I the spent a significant amount of time trying to get someone's attention. Once I did, I felt as though I was interrupting his day (he told me, as he was texting, about his girlfriend drama). I asked several questions regarding phone upgrades, trade ins, and costs. I was told to just wait because Google was coming out with new phones soo. I told him they just did a release, in the fall, and the next will likely be in the fall again- like it always is. He vaguely agreed, then told me that the new phones were "really expensive and not cheap to buy". I asked what the current trade was on the pixel 5 (knowing there was a special at the time for a trade in), he said he didn't know because it's always changing and didn't have a way to look it up. At this point, I felt it was clear that no one was interested in the sale of a new phone, so I left. I will likely find an alternative store or just purchase online when this phone actually dies and requires replacement. I'm bummed because I really wanted a positive face to face interaction to justify not shopping online for everything.

One employee was willing to help me even though the store closed in 20 minutes super nice and professional, however the store manager came over and didnt help me with the service the other person was willing to provide. Wouldnt even let me purchase a phone. Im surprised theyre still in business. They can pay to redesign the store but not pay a better person to run the place.

Store manager is a lazy fpos. They lie straight to your face about everything. Do not do business with these people or you will need a lawer. They are so they are so corrupt they delete one star ratings trust me there are way more.

Just leaving the store and wanted to leave a good review! My boyfriend and I recently got a Verizon plan together and we came in with a question that he had tried to bring to his previous carrier with no luck. The guys at this Verizon store knew how to handle the issue and worked with us to get it resolved in the store. Unfortunately we can't remember the names, but it was the manager and a blonde man with glasses. Thank you!

Taking the time to acknowledge Angel & Steve as they are assets to this store. Not only we’re all my questions answered but they also assisted in solving a problem for me in an efficient and timely manner.
