Perfect location and rooms comfy with plenty of room. Free parking in back with about 10 spots. We were there off season and got room #10 with king bed and two chairs to sit at. What a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. The location, quality of rooms and Breakfast's were fantastic! Stef, the owner is so kind and made our stay amazing. If you are looking for an amazing experience this is the place to stay.

A very nice bed&breakfast on the water in Boothbay Harbour. The innkeeper was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The inn is a very short walk to the village with it's quaint shops and restaurants.
