“This is my favorite gas station of all time. They have the best pizza, serve wicked Joe coffee and have the friendliest staff. You will never see another place that cares about your individual liberties and fights for you to keep those rights when the government over reaches itself to limit you.”
“A classic Maine store; fits your basic needs in a pinch and has a chill, friendly staff. If you don’t like it bc it’s not gourmet or organic, go to market basket you ham sandwich”

“Great service what a great young man that filled up the K1 treated me like I was family and was honest and lovely. I thanked him for coming into work today & he said no one ever does that. I absolutely love people I do this every day because all good things come from Christ my Savior. I suggest we take a hint from Jesus and try and be more like him than anything else. I didn't just decide to be this way I walk with Christ. I'm super glad he got out of that snuggle bunny bed of his and came to work today that was his choice though he was very humble about it. We all do something and we don't realize how deeply we're serving God. Each of us in our unique way and very meaningfully. Banks Irving oil for hiring such a uniquely beautiful young man HR did a great job of bringing him into your business to reflect Integrity willingness earnestness... how about some K1 and walked away with a full container. He was super helpful and was going to only fill it up to the degree that I could pick it up he had to just like my family would. This is a reflection of who he is, Irving Oil should be grateful to have such a distinctive young man.”

“These guys have the best baked goodies, from banana bread to whoopie pies. They are clean, well-stocked with coffee, and my favorite cappuccino is always available. Friendly staff.”
“Trucker friendly with plenty of free parking at night (which is hard in the northeast) really good food yall gotta try the steak and cheese with seasoned fries!
Good shower with decent water pressure for $10 my new go to spot whenever I’m in Maine again”
“I was a bit reluctant to try Charleen's in Richmond due to the fact that you have to go into the store to pay for gas. I'll be honest, I like to go to self-serve, pay at the pump and get out. Here you do need to go into the store but they make it as efficient as possible. They are so busy that they have you pump your gas then move your car ahead before going into the store to pay. They ask that you let them know how much you owe them when you get into the store. This allows others to pump their gas. It is a Fabian gas station. During the increase in gas prices recently, Charleen's prices were ALWAYS lower than anywhere around. The prices were not just a little but a lot (30-50 cents a gallon) lower. They want to give the savings back to the community. There were times when the gas was $4.50 gallon at other stations and I don't think it ever went over $3.90 here. Let me tell you, the owners are awesome. They are friendly and inviting. They love dogs and are fine if you want to bring them into the store. They offer a variety of sundry items, beer, milk and even local baked goods. It is hard to rave about a gas station but if I am going to, it is absolutely going to be about Charleen's. This store/gas station and the people who own it are the best!”

“Very high quality and clean fuel. Don't take it from me. Rated the best. Their 93 grade is superlative, it's what I use because it treats my car right and lasts away longer than Irving. Especially if you drive a motorcycle, it would be a mistake to buy gas but 93 from anywhere except Citgo. I want them to stay in business, so please patron Citgo until we're all forced to go to Cumberland Farms and pump the crap that Irving wants to sell you.”
“Went in and got 2 slices of pizza and a mtn dew. Pizza was cheap and insanely good, immediately went back in and dropped a $20 in the tip jar. Extremely underrated!!”

“Yo. Seriously. The people who work here are amazing!!!! I think I've interacted with every employee, I go here pretty much everyday, and they all are so friendly and personable!! There's even a couple people I chat with when I'm there late night for snacks. Just such a great team. I know what it's like to work in a store and customers can be rude at times, it's a difficult job and those who work here do it well!! Thank you for hiring such wonderful people.Signed,One satisfied customer”
“Great store! Great prices! Great people! Best Dagwoods and pizzas around! The chicken tenders and chicken burgers are also the best around! Super convenient if you live nearby!”
“I've only been twice and treated well each time. There was a little bit of a line, but they're the best price in town, consistently. As J walked out, there were people waiting to get yo the pumps. With it was a little larger, just no room.”

“Friendly courteous and professional staff that is always helpful and patient. They learn your name and greet you by your name and a smile. I feel like I am interacting with a local community pharmacy.”
“We stopped here years ago and the one thing I remember about this place was the employeesThey was so super niceWe will most definitely stop here again in the future”
“Great takeout pizza dependingon whos working (mostly the weekend crew), honestly wish they kept the ovens open longer than til 6pm, I know many occasions that my friends and i have wanted to get a few pizzas but the ovens are often already closed by prime pizza ordering hours, and even the pizza warmer is no longer stocked past 4 it seems, again great pizza just needs to be more accessible.”
“I grew up with Rusty's corner store. So it's been hard over the years see his namesake be a big time gas station when he sold his business after getting sick (RIP Rusty we love you). I really dislike their management as well as the convenience prices when it comes to certain items, BUT all the regular hourly staff I have interacted with are wonderful. I've seen they hired more kitchen staff, which is also wondeful, and they are so friendly and helpful! Anyways - came to leave this review because I really skeptical about the price of ordering their chicken tenders and fries. I was actually talked into the 4 tender/fries/any size drink combo for 11 bucks and some change. And the tenders were great@! Not only were they big tenders they were moist. Looking at the fries I wouldn't have guessed they came out as crispy and *not oil soaked* they were. A pleasant surprise for gas station food and it beat their $9 bacon cheese burger I was going to get! Also - please bring back Frosty's Donuts! Your new kind you've been getting the past few years taste like they come frozen :-(”

“As far as convenience stores go, I think Cumbies has come a long way. They are investing in their locations, and generally hire exceptionally friendly and hard working employees. The Sabattus location is a great example. And if you have your gas purchase taken from checking account using their card, you save 10 cents a gallon. I have still not taken advantage of that feature, but it's there. Also, in the morning the coffee, while not great, is still only 99 cents, even if cups keep getting smaller. Biggest issue with their coffee is they have a seemingly good variety, including one limited time flavor. But I can't tell the difference in taste of any of them...they all taste the same, no matter what flavor you choose, to me anyways. And if you get coffee anytime after noon time, it tastes strong, old and nasty. But they provide an awesome selection of flavorings, have fresh cream and even have those little "stok" caffeine shots to boost your morning a bit. You don't go to Cumbies based on pizza...as it is generally the most bland pizza you can buy. None of their other fresh cooked items look good to me and I question what is used for ingredients...sure they are the cheapest money can buy. The service is refreshing to see employees take such pride in their work. They are very nice, as well....except for the tall female manager...she is abrupt, never smiles and just wants you to buy your s*** and get the hell out of there. I will avoid her register every time possible. She makes you feel very unimportant and just an interruption to her day. Good thing the other associates are nothing like her, or I would not go there. Ever. And most prices as in any convenience store are way to expensive, but unlike most, they do offer little sales from time to time, and there are a few reasonably priced items. This is a nice store and I do a fair amount of business here. The parking lot and gas pumps can be a dangerous nightmare when vendors are vending and people get gas and instead of moving car away from pumps so maybe someone else can get gas too, they just leave car at pump and go inside to shop. Many times I drive by and go to Lewiston location when the parking lot becomes a cluster. No matter what or where, I will always choose a Cumbies over any other convenience store. Now let's train the manager some people skills, and this particular location would maybe hit 5 stars!”
“I went to the Walgreens pharmacy after finding that my regular pharmacy did not have the medication I needed. The excellent staff in the pharmacy worked hard to get my Prescription filled in the last 30 minutes before they closed. They did a good job and I was thankful for their effort.”

“Perhaps you'll think "Glenn is far away from civilization - minus todays review machine gunning whole nine yards - & - now he's reviewing gas stations? I had a gas station lobster roll three days ago from Irving Oil and they're about to get their four star block knocked off, having little to do with the lobster roll - more to do with the man why yelled "Hellooo, you must leave the premises. I think he was a manager - I'm gonna have a chat with his punk as__.Isn't there more to this review that flaming Irving - yes indeedie - the workers are wonderful - but Irving was the hundred and fourty second gun in the west - Irving -- sung high -- Irving sung low.Today there was a new recruit that furrowed his brow when I requested a breakfast sandwich - they're cheap and I feel kinda guilty ordering them but I make good balancing choices in the fields as I harvest and eat roots and cucumbers and cucurbits of all shapes and sizes. The town of coffee, although a bit trashed by sloppy people who can't press and pour without making a disaster of a mess - it's $1.07 and you can bring your own container of most any size, however, I stay with the 80s McDonald's non biodegradable foam they provide - which I do prefer, the cardboard doesn't hold heat well and is easily corrupted by my after work beer. The Beer Cave is a happening spot, all the way in the back and you can purchase and pound anytime of day, just not between 1am and 5am which is reasonable and they sell booze and wine and it's at all so very cheap - I could easily develop a bit of habit here in Maine - let's hope not.The magazine rack has local periodicals that cost a lot more than they deserve which isn't Cumberlands fault, their communist rags are so self serving to the posh Portland people, makes my stomach turn every Sunday morning, so I'll grab the freebies and read about Da Bearz and other high school sporting teams. Chips, dips plastic clad pies all of which I pass on but I've wanted a few gas station egg salad sandwiches which will serve you well in a pinch - that's all for now fine citizens of planet earth - until next time -”
“Very refreshing to get a smile and good morning from the clerk when I walk through the door. Fast service to get you on your way. Store is clean and well stocked.”

“Great store.clean & organized. Always have newest items. Staff rocks. Always pleasant. Love how I get greeted when I walk in. New management seems to be doing amazing job. Highly recommend to stop by for all ur convenience store needs.”
“My friend needed to use the restroom (badly), and all was well. I got a slushie drink (as I usually do at CF), and it seemed a nice store. I usually stop there on my way to and from Damariscotta. The "only" thing I didn't like (not in CF's control), was that you could not make a left turn out of CF at EITHER entrance/exit. ???”
“Friendly staff Best gas prices around. Carries Chester's chicken and a good amount of shelf food. Beer prices are a bit higher but expected from a small town store.”
