“Ok this store is one of those stores you’ll never see everything the first two times you visit. So yes we went a couple times. From the unique jewelry, dresses, shirts, cute whimsical tops, pants of several different types of material and widths of legs. Men’s clothing too! Souvenirs, to nicknack to sit around your home or to give as presents. To the handmade bags you get after you’ve bought your items. Staff is so helpful, friendly and nice.”

“My husband and I are not regulars at Zumiez but I recently decided it would be fun to try skateboarding. We walked into the store once very briefly to get an idea of how much a skateboard would cost and were greeted pretty much immediately. After having seen some prices and because I was feeling iffy about buying a board we left to walk around the mall but ended up going back in the store to look some more and were again greeted by staff. The store manager (I don’t recall her name), was super friendly and helpful. She shared a lot of information with us and helped me pick out a board and let me know I could come back any time with questions or for help with the board. Great experience.”

“I usually avoid this store because I’m plus sized, and there are not always clothes that fit me here. However, today I came in for the bouncy ball machine because my brother has Autism and loves bouncy balls, and there are big ones here that he does not have.
Not only did JACOB go out of his way to help me exchange some cash for a lot of quarters, but he went out of his way to help me find the clothing item I was looking for, for my brother. I am likely to come back now, and this was not the case before my visit today.
