“Purchased Snows with Studs a couple of weeks ago for my wife’s car. On my vehicle I needed to switch to Snows I have that are on their own wheels. Usually can do myself but there was one stuck lug I could not get off. Called Tire Warehouse and got an appointment same day, they swapped of the tires for me removed and replaced the lug nut. Great service, great price, made it easy for me. Thanks”

“I really appreciated the level of service at the Brewer, Maine store. I was in the area for work, three hours from home, and hit a bad pothole. So bad that my steering wheel had to be turned almost fully to the right to go straight. I could not risk three hours on the highway like that. I called several shops in the area for an emergency walk-in alignment and they all said no. The Sullivan Tire in Brewer said, we're busy and you might have to wait but we'll absolutely fit you in today. And they were busy, the phone was non-stop. Even so, I didn't wait all that long; I was back on the road in a couple of hours. They were unable to do a proper alignment because BMWs require weights which they did not have, but they got the wheels straightened so I could get home safely. The gentleman on duty refused payment for the service because it wasn't a proper alignment. Good service is so rare now, I was really impressed. Highly recommend this location.”
