“I am revising my review as I left one before as dave the owner had called me. My original complaint which still stands true, for the one star was that I went to have my truck looked at because it was making a popping noise. I was told it was a wheel bearing and have made an appointment for it. Found out the cost was too high for me to afford. Bought a battery through them as I didn’t want them just to diagnose my car for free and me walk then went to my mechanic who I usually go to who referred me there and come to find out. I didn’t need a wheel bearing at hub. I needed a CV axle shaft. I did not know what they had done for WORK and I do not recall them saying that they would need to look at it more. If they had I wouldn’t have just pulled the trigger on a wheel bearing. However, I’ll leave that to miscommunication and apologize if that is my fault, but I feel it is not . I was very upset because they had given me the wrong size battery which then I had to take time to go back. Originally I cleaned sitting for a while I was wrong. I’d only been there 26 minutes however once I got my battery again I left and then I’m now through my garage getting my wheel bearing and CV axle shaft fixed. Dave is a very nice guy and clearly cared enough to figure what was going on to figure out what really happened as I appreciate. He offered help which I appreciate as I was referred there, originally for alignments, just happen to get the popping noise checked out as I was driving through because I was worried it was unsafe. I should’ve called the guy plan too but he said I just left a review. I regret that thank you guys a lot I will be back to again for tires / alignments”

“I had a great experience buying from Downeast Toyota. We went in there to buy a RAV4 Prime, but my wife saw the Toyota Crown and changed her mind just like that. Brian was amazing changing gears with us on our purchase as he had to get the car out of the showroom for us to test drive. He also had just put it in the showroom right before we arrived. My wife and I moved here from TX and I really like that the car loan paperwork had only the purchase price and a document fee. So different that the 10 fees that are on a TX car buying document. I will definitely use Downeast Toyota again in the future.”

Originally it was going to be a couple weeks until the window could be fixed, however they were able to come through on the same day! I was ecstatic. Heather and Matt did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of my window glass needs, and the other staff were super friendly and helpful as well. “I bought a truck for a plow truck / farm truck, and it had issues. I took it to Poiriers Garage and had them give it a look over along with a list of things I wanted to address. They went through it in detail and found a lot more issues. He called me the next day and went over everything and suggested I don't get the repairs done and that I should sell the vehicle and find something better. So, for me the level of explanation and then to go thru all that and actually talk me out of paying them to do the work is so refreshing in this day and age. I went back to the shop and picked up the truck and asked them what the cost was as I figured there was going to be an inspection fee since I'm sure it took a couple hours to go thru everything, he handed me the keys and said we didn't do any work so no charge. Absolute Class, Honesty, integrity! They have a new life long client.”

“On way to airport to drop off my daughter and grandson, had a tire going down, looked for a gas station, pulled in, she saw a nail in the tire and so we tried to get someone to change my tire. The men all said they didn’t no how. Luckily my daughter saw someone outside the tire place, which was closed, it’s only 6ish in the morning. Dave is supper nice guy, changed my tire so we could get her to her flight. Went back when they opened and they had the tire ready to put back on. . Thank You so much!”

“First of all, the price was unexpectedly low to diagnose and repair a slow leak on the inside rear tire of my diesel pusher RV. Next was the outstanding quality of the work. Steve and the other tech coated all surfaces with anti-corrosion lube after resurfacing, and actually used a torque wrench to put the exact correct torque on each bolt. When have you ever seen that level of concern on a truck tire! Usually it's just the air gun until it's max'd out. Did I mention the great value here? As I make my way through my 65th year, I've NEVER been happier to have my equipment worked on by anyone. You can trust these guys!”
