“These guys over the phone, at the desk, and the installers went above and beyond for me. They dealt with diagnosing a defective trailer harness from factory and were able to rewire the harness pins and get it working correctly. Since I bought the harness elsewhere (3 of them actually because they were all wired wrong from factory) I did not expect them to put so much effort in. Thanks!”

“My tire blew out on a Saturday. An hour before closing.
I called Town Faire with not much hope.
An employee Jeremy answered and calmly said he could get me in and out with confidence.
Once I was at the shop, Jeremy checked out my tires. He gave me information about the products and services offered. Along with plenty of realistic options.
I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS TALKING TO A SALESMAN.
Instead, it felt similiar to a good neighbor down the street, who helps you plow your snow and doesn't take a dime.
THEN, the lugnuts I had bought were the wrong size.
Jeremy had made the choice to drive over to the parts store to get the right ones for my vehicle.
Again, it felt neighborly.
Overall, I am completely impressed and grateful for all the guys at the shop.
Shout out to Tom with the best beard in the biz for his courteous approach during my service there.
I feel safe now
