“They have the best breakfast sandwiches in all of New England. If you like pizza and hamburgers, make sure you try the JimBob's Pizza. Very friendly staff and the owners do a lot to support the community. They typically have the lowest gas price, even less than the chain gas stations in nearby larger towns.”

“This pharmacy is the best. They fill their prescriptions in a timely manner, and if you need one even sooner they are happy to fill it. Plus they are just nice people.”

“Good pizza, fresh sandwiches, decent gas prices, stuff you are pleasantly surprised to find, and groceries! Colleen always does her best to keep her prices down as much as possible, and her staff is always very helpful and friendly. Stop here for gas, stay for a quick bite at the lunch and dinner counter. More than anyone could ever hope for from a "gas station."”

“Make no mistake, this is a convenience store and gas station, not a motel. There are no rooms to rent, despite google showing hotel stay search dates. There used to be a motel next door, but that has been gone for years. As a convenience store Jockey Cap Country Store is a gem for locals. The food is damn good, and they stock some quality beers and local ice cream. They set their own hours, and hours are subject to change, so you have to have the flexibility of a local to take advantage of this place. They can be Soup Nazis sometimes, so you also have to know the drill. Yes, that means they sometimes don't have the patience for tourists. Gas is 87 octane only, no premium.”

“Not just the pharmacy staff, but every employee that I have ever encountered here has always been beyond pleasant and helpful. They ALWAYS go above and beyond for any need that I have. You can't get a better pharmacy staff than the ones they have here! These are some hard working girls! If you paid me, I wouldn't go elsewhere.”

“We recently had our wedding at Bear Mountain Inn in Waterford and ordered from The Little Mountain Store for both lunch and a late night snack. Working with the owner and staff was a breeze—we pre-ordered a sizable lunch for pick-up and had delicious late-night pizzas delivered to our guests. Their professionalism and top-notch service made our day stress-free. Highly recommend The Little Mountain Store; they truly added an extra layer of joy to our wedding celebration.”
