“We were visiting Brunswick from North Carolina. My wife got into an accident. There wasn't a lot of damage, but it looked like it might be dangerous to drive the car. We still had 10 days of vacation left, and I felt I needed a professional opinion to feel safe. After reading online reviews, I decided to bring the car to Roland's. Even though it was clear I couldn't have the car repaired in Brunswick, the gentleman who checked out my car was gracious, friendly, and extremely professional. He really eased my mind about the car's condition. I highly recommend this business!”
“I was traveling from Massachusetts to Boothbay, ME and needed to charge my Hyundai EV that I bought at a different dealer. It was my first time using a charging station (not at my home). I wasn't sure how to proceed, so I walked in and Troy the sales manager happened to be available. He kindly found Cassidy, a sales rep, who then walked me through the entire process, including adding a payment to my Charge Point account on my phone. I was not their customer and they were not going to benefit from helping me and yet were more than happy to show me how to charge my car. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they both were. Kudos to both of them!”

“I’ve been a regular customer at Gurnet Rd Advanced for years and I can’t say enough good about the store. From inventory to product knowledge to general customer service, this team has always been excellent to do business with. Nice to see a store manager who truly steps up to provide the best service and attitude to everyone, customers and employees.Only complaint I have is the open hours. This store, along with most others in the area, hardly do any business after 6pm. Brunswick is a ghost town Sunday-Thursday after 5-5:30, when people pass through on their way home from work. Many local restaurants don’t even open their doors mondays; China rose buffet, Joshua’s restaurant, Bangkok Garden… with management knowledge and experience in another Cook’s Corner business, I just don’t understand how the store finds it financially responsible to remain open until 7pm, let alone 8pm.There’s not enough business in Brunswick after dark for these guys to stay open..”

Even when I was a new customer they called me Sir and said thank you before I walked out.I'm writing this on a cold December day and it's 20 degrees. I called the store for a new car battery. Well guess what? Not only was it in store but they will replace my old one by taking it out.Good people will always get my business.”
