“These guys are the best! I was at the adjacent BMV and needed a new windshield wiper during a rain storm. I called and asked if they had what I needed in stock. Jeremy answered my every need and met me outside (in the rain) so I never had to exit my car. He kindly, patiently and enthusiastically measured my wiper, looked up my car’s information, explained my options. When I picked out an upgraded wiper he made sure it fit. It didn’t. So he went back in, found the right one and we were off. He even took my credit card and paid for the transaction so I could stay dry. I’m not saying anyone should expect VIP in-vehicle service when they get here, but I am saying that this is the kind of establishment that treats customers like they matter, and I can’t offer higher praise than that. And also there’s great parking, excellent signage and a universally accessible door, which is great for people of all mobilities.”
