I wasn't sure how to proceed, so I walked in and Troy the sales manager happened to be available. He kindly found Cassidy, a sales rep, who then walked me through the entire process, including adding a payment to my Charge Point account on my phone. I was not their customer and they were not going to benefit from helping me and yet were more than happy to show me how to charge my car.
