“I was able to get my foil balloon filled for $10 this week. I had tried to get it filled a few months prior and was told it would be $15 which was outside my budget so I left without. Thank you for making it more affordable to get my llama filled! Brad was promptly available to fill the ballon so I can be on my way. Thank you for good customer service! “In general my experience with UPS has been very positive. Couple of years ago they managed to misplace my passport while I was in Canada and I had a heck of a time but mistakes happen. Overall, they run a sound business and deliver repeatedly on time with a smile. FedEx is a fine competitor as well, but over the years it's been the boys and brown who get the job done for most American businesses.”

I went and filed a claim at the Brunswick PO office and while I was there, the amazing Supervisor Matt went out and located the package that was mistakenly delivered and then promptly delivered it to my office. Dustin and Desiree gave us several shipping options, took their time to measure everything exactly so that we were not overcharged, and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This is definitely the best UPS store I have ever been to.”
