When I unpacked the stuff at the receiving end, I was so grateful that my friend encouraged me to use this store. I have never seen such a professional, careful, and thoughtful example of packing, ever. These people were amazing. Everything, including the fragile stuff, was in perfect shape after being shipped via FedEx. And they were efficient, too: I was amazed at how well they packed a lot of stuff into just 2 boxes. Not an ounce of weight nor a cubic inch of space was wasted. And the price was very fair - especially in this day and age. I'd use these folks again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.”

“This is a wonderful post office – Pam, who runs the office is efficient, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We receive hundreds of packages each year and they are either put in our mail box if small or left inside our barn if too large – but never out in the rain (as sometimes happens with other delivery services). I am sorry that others have not had good experiences; I am hoping that was during the time that Pam was out on sick leave.”
“This place is located on Center Street Auburn Maine also Rt 4 and they can mail -fax-make copies what ever you need and the staff is very pleasant and very helpful also it's not trashy very clean and organized”

“4pm on freezing cold day today . I witnesses most selfless act a person can give in the winter. The lady wouldn't take my help but this postal worker didn't take no for an answer .I wasn't either. I was about to call police to get her warm .but then I watched what barely anyone was willing to do for someone they don't know . Got her warm ,got her feed ,got her water . And another person trying get her to shelter . It doesn't matter what we do in this life. No one deserves to freeze to death or lose limps to frost bite. I hope he knows he did more than help this woman .”
“Pretty impressed with the service. They accidentally delivered my package to the wrong address. I went and filed a claim at the Brunswick PO office and while I was there, the amazing Supervisor Matt went out and located the package that was mistakenly delivered and then promptly delivered it to my office. Very happy and impressed with the fast turn around and service.”

“I've never really had a need in my life to go to a post office before, but I'd have to say this one must rank up there as one of the best. I recently moved and something messed up with forwarding my mail. I stopped in and the man working behind the counter was so, so nice and helpful. Every time I've been in there these past couple weeks, he's been there with a smile on his face and he is so friendly and welcoming to every customer that walks in! A big thanks to my local post office for helping me with such an important issue!”
