“I had a wonderful experience with Goin Postal! I won a large auction at an estate sale with many breakable and extremely fragile Christmas ornaments and plates. Goin Postal packed everything so carefully, I was amazed when the packages arrived! I was a bit surprised by the cost at first. But once the packages arrived, and everything was in perfect condition, it dawned on me that they had to have spent hours preparing everything. And they could have actually charged more considering the materials and labor that went into it. They did a very professional job! In addition to that, I was unable to receive the packages for a while due to some unforeseen events in my own life, and even though it wasn’t the most convenient thing for them, they held onto the packages for me until I was ready. I highly recommend them!! I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They are the kindest and most professional folks around!”

“I had a special project I was working on and have tried printing at a few different places. I came to Staples today and Josh in the Print Shop was SO accommodating and helpful!!! He helped me figure out the right sizes and materials to print on and was within my budget. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Will definitely use their services in the future! *disclaimer: I tried using the online app, I'm relatively capable but I must say- when in doubt, just go into the store and get some help from a real human, what a game changer.”

“This is a wonderful post office – Pam, who runs the office is efficient, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We receive hundreds of packages each year and they are either put in our mail box if small or left inside our barn if too large – but never out in the rain (as sometimes happens with other delivery services). I am sorry that others have not had good experiences; I am hoping that was during the time that Pam was out on sick leave.”
“Josh and his staff at Fed Ex- are extremely professional and courteous. Each staff member takes time to get to know customers and build relationships. As a small business owner, and a long time customer, I appreciate the effort and professionalism that Josh and Noah both provide to their customers! They are efficient and always offer expert advise when needed. They both go out of their way to provide a smooth, stress free experience when visiting Fed Ex.”

“This is a sizable post office compared to small towns in the area. Three service desks and lots of rental boxes on offer. I sometimes have to wait a few minutes if it is busy but this visit was quick. Do all the normal stuff and buy greeting cards too.”
“My partner has been eagerly waiting for a package to arrive. We received a notification that the package had been delivered but it was not at our mailbox or in the general area. I managed to catch the gentleman delivering the mail and asked him if he could help me locate the package as I had received the notification indicating it had been delivered. This gentleman stood outside in the blazing sun on the phone with another representative with the post office to help retrace his steps and determine where it was delivered. He quickly figured out that it had been delivered to the neighbors by accident and fetched it right away. This gentleman could’ve chosen not to help me, but he went out of his way and I am incredibly grateful for that. Keep in mind when your reading reviews, most people wont take the time to leave a review if all went well. However, people will take the time to write a scathing review when they have had a bad experience. So far my experience with Lewiston’s Post Office has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you to the men and women at the post office who serve our community, rain or shine!”

“I've never really had a need in my life to go to a post office before, but I'd have to say this one must rank up there as one of the best. I recently moved and something messed up with forwarding my mail. I stopped in and the man working behind the counter was so, so nice and helpful. Every time I've been in there these past couple weeks, he's been there with a smile on his face and he is so friendly and welcoming to every customer that walks in! A big thanks to my local post office for helping me with such an important issue!”
