“Purchased some really comfortable sandals at this location a while ago. The store was a little crowded but the service representatives were helpful with finding my size. I wanted a supportive but not low-quality sandal and I found some BOC’s there. They are leather and have held up well over a couple of summer’s so far. The prices there were reasonable and either way the quality is usually found at these stores so the steeper price is worth it when I have had to pay it.”
“Angela, a manager, greeted me upon walking in and was extremely helpful in explaining the two different types of shoes and inserts I was choosing between. She took her time and helped me ensure I was happy with my purchase. While she was helping me, she greeted all the other customers with a “hi there. We’ll be right with you.” Excellent customer service! I got a great pair of shoes and inserts and look forward to returning to this store in the future.”
“Overall I like The North Face (TNF) clothing. It is overpriced so better to get it on sale. The cashier at this North Face outlet in Freeport, ME was not helpful (the manager was awesome - 5 gold stars to the manager). TNF policies are annoying - 50% off for 3 items + but only certain items (not T shirts, etc).”
“I would really like to note the exceptional customer service at the store. We had a lot of Carter stuff that had been sent to us in the mail that didn’t fit our son and everyone in the store helped us go through it and exchange the items. This was not a normal exchange experience. Multiple staff members help us go through the items and switch the sizes out and order what we couldn’t find online. Then when we were looking for specific items in the store, multiple staff members also walked us around and pointed us in the right direction to find everything that we needed. We left the store and the next day, discovered that we thought an item had been left behind accidentally, and the store manager personally called us back and helped us locate the item. Everyone in the store was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. It’s very rare these days to find great customer service, and the fact that every single person in the store was wonderful and on the ball was really refreshing and made it a lovely experience to go to the store”
“Best Sports Bra! The straps adjust several different ways to look good alone or under different types ps of tops. Sports bras are made of healthy breathable fabric, and they hold in place! The Freeport store has such a friendly and helpful staff. The shoes are a must try! The selection is better than anywhere I have been, and there ARE 3 Floors of Under Armour!! Women's and girls stuff is so cute and on trend with the swimsuits, clothes, colors and different designs. If you are active or want to be you need to go and try on something. The tights and running shorts make everything look better. Great cold wear for Maine early mornings and nights.”
“We have shopped here several times but on our November 16th visit we had the best sales associate ever. Kerrigan greeted us when we went in and was so helpful and friendly. We have never had such a friendly association in any of the Francesca stores before.”
