“Took my beloved 2007 Odyssey to IRA Honda for state inspection but alas, she’d reached her end with frame rot, leaks and a few other issues I was unwilling to repair. As I waited, I noticed a beautiful 2021 Honda Clarity on their lot. It was in mint condition, one owner with a Car Fax report showing it was as good as it looked. The price was right for my needs and the deal was done! It only took a few hours to get the paperwork completed and they even took my Odyssey in trade. A most appreciated, fun buying experience! “I dropped my smashed SUV off the day of my appointment picked up my upgraded rental car from enterprise. The insurance estimate was low (of course) but it wasn't my problem, they made sure every piece needed was replaced right down to the proper plastic clips on trim. The paint was perfect exactly like factory. I got a call, dropped off my rental there and was back in my vehicle.”
“It is a quaint shop. Fresh vegetables in season. I got some great corn on the cob. I love their early potatoes and peas in late spring - early summer. They carry all kinds of food They even carry raw dog food frozen. Compatible to Farmers Dog. I always love stopping in.”

“I had an odd thing happen with my driver's side power window switch. I made an appointment and as it was taking longer to trace the problem on a Friday afternoon I was given a loaner to keep until my car was fixed. It was fixed by Sat at noon and even though my car was 3 months out of warranty, Patriot Subaru covered the cost of the repair and the loaner. This is my second car from them and the service is great. Also, I've stopped in many times when my car was new to get help figuring out some of the technology and someone has always come out and patiently shown me how to do stuff...much easier than reading the 200 page owner's manual. Thank you for great service Patriot Subaru. And your charity work is awesome too!”

“If you’re looking for a TOP QUALITY auto body repair shop, Ira’s Collision is your place. I’m from Virginia & I was petrified that no one could schedule me to repair my car. I called around and finally spoke with Marcelo about my car. He scheduled me his earliest appointment available. Once there, Marcelo was very open and honest about the damages & price estimates regarding my car. As a woman, I TRULY hate dealing with car shops because i feel like someone is always trying to take advantage of me. That definitely wasn’t the case here. From start to finish, Marcelo was my point of contact and he was very informative about every detail regarding my car. While my car was being repaired, they scheduled me one of their rentals so I could get back & forth to work. I was expecting the repair to take DAYS. It only took ONE day. “The two gentlemen working tonight (8/18/23 roughly 7:30pm) practically saved my life tonight. The bolts on my windshield wipers came lose during all the rain and I almost got stranded. The tall blonde guy and the other guy with black curly hair were insanely nice, fast and helpful. Tightened the bolts and made sure my wipers worked half an hour before they closed.I wish I grabbed names but I am so incredibly thankful for those two for helping me out last second and for their kindness.”

“Unfortunately, my vehicle left the service department after 3 hours today with the same issue we brought it in with. The staff were very friendly, but they were very busy and it seems they weren’t as thorough as they could have been. Told us they couldn’t recreate the sputter that happens when my car reaches 15-25mph. I asked if they hooked it up to the diagnostic tool and the gentleman said, “They had it for 3 hours so I’m sure they tried everything”. The bill does not specify if they did or not. Thankful they didn’t charge us the quoted diagnostic price of $155, but disappointed we wasted 3 hours to be told there is nothing wrong. The issue happened for us again the moment we pulled out of their lot ?. Again, not saying I wouldn’t recommend them because I believe they just had an overwhelming day but just a bit disappointed.”

“We have been going to Patriot for years. This time around my husband went to the dealership to trade in our lease on his own. They were wonderful as always. Since I was not there they offered for me to return to the dealership to learn about my new cars features. I arrived to Matt (who I had never met) coming right out congratulating me on the vehicle my husband had just gotten me. He introduced me to a car tech who then went over all my cars features and there are a few! I appreciated them taking the time to do this!! All of the staff is always friendly and helpful and that is why we keep going back!”

“I can't rate them high enough. I had a dead battery. I bought the battery at a good price, and I asked them where I could get it installed. It was a complicated installation being in the trunk, bolted down, under the spare tire. They said they would do it, and they spent more than 30 minutes getting it installed because of the complicated installation. I asked how much they wanted for the installation, and they said nothing. They wouldn't even take a significant tip that I offered them. They were super, saved me a major headache and a significant amount of time. I can't rate them high enough.”
