“Rarely go into the bank but they have always been helpful when we need it. One time they notarized a document for us. Another time they scanned paperwork needed for a refi. Once needed to convert swiss francs to dollars and the teller told me I could take it to the airport and convert it less expensively. Good customer service.”

“The employees were quite friendly usually and very helpful in assisting. There is an automatic coin deposit machine which is very helpful for counting coins. It is usually quiet which makes it feel like a small town place to do your banking. The location is easy to pass by, but there is enough parking once you find it.”

“I came to this credit union about 10 years ago after Kennebunk Savings closed their Biddeford location and I have not ever regretted the choice. I encourage others to do business with Atlantic (and other) credit unions because it really is a much friendlier, more human experience than any bank I've used.The loan officers and tellers are wicked friendly and (if I recall correctly) you get 3-4 overdraft forgivenesses per year. They also do not charge overdraft per day; only per transaction that goes negative.If you're moving into the area or staying awhile, can't recommend these guys enough.”

“I came to this location to get a reprint of my debit card that I misplaced, and they were so incredibly helpful! The bank is currently under construction so they do not have lobby hours inside, but they are open via drive-through and they were able to reprint my debit card within two minutes. When I initially had visited yesterday to obtain a reprint, they had a software update that prevented them from being able to do so, and they took my number down to call me when services were restored, and they followed through on that promise, which makes them very reliable in my book. I've gone to a few different branches of truchoice throughout the state, and every single branch has been incredibly helpful, and this location is no different. Excellent job ladies!”
