Once needed to convert swiss francs to dollars and the teller told me I could take it to the airport and convert it less expensively. Good customer service.”

“I came to this credit union about 10 years ago after Kennebunk Savings closed their Biddeford location and I have not ever regretted the choice. I encourage others to do business with Atlantic (and other) credit unions because it really is a much friendlier, more human experience than any bank I've used.The loan officers and tellers are wicked friendly and (if I recall correctly) you get 3-4 overdraft forgivenesses per year. They also do not charge overdraft per day; only per transaction that goes negative.If you're moving into the area or staying awhile, can't recommend these guys enough.”
