“I had low expectations based on other reviews, but this motel was a pleasant surprise. The room and furnishings might be old, but it was clean and homey. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.

“Rode up from Acadia National Park via Rt 1 and was a walk-in. Good rooms, safe area. Most guests were working professionals (contractors / road builders / etc). The front desk staff was friendly and caring. If I am back in the area, I will stay here again.”
