“Great service experience! We had a chevy truck with a windshield wiper arm that snapped off frozen in a snow storm. It was raining snow and sleet, the arm broke at night and the car wasn't drivable. The next morning it was still storming and every other garage we called said they were busy plowing come back tomorrow. This garage let us come in the same day and fixed the wiper within minutes. Thankful for the speedy service in a pinch.”

“Best mechanic since we took our cars to Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers Cambridge MA 1992 to 1995 when we lived there. Joe has kept up with the changing times. He is great with the old fashioned mechanical stuff and a wizard with the new electronics. He gets the best value for your money on parts. Plus amazing plants in the waiting area.”
“We are from Georgia and problems with our 2020 GMC Sierra They ended up having to replace the turbo assembly. Matt went above and beyond to take care of us. He managed to get us a turbo when they were back ordered and only 8 dealers in the US had one,and none of those 8 wanted to give up one. Somehow he managed,while getting us a rental car and saved us from having to ship the truck back to Georgia. Customer service is almost nonexistent these days so it is such a welcome surprise when you get service like this. We can’t thank Matt and the service technicians that helped salvage our vacation enough. Highly recommend this dealership and their service department.”

I needed a part and it couldn't be found (pandemic, supply chain, chip, etc.) Not only did Pat find me one but he found me two that I needed. We really needed a place to haul our boat in the fall of 2022 and they came through for us! Every one we dealt with in the boatyard this spring was really helpful. Mike got us launched and when we had trouble with a major repair needed, they got us taken care of as quickly as they could. Ryan, Adam, and Jonathanuu were all so friendly and understanding of our limitations in dealing with the needed repairs. They came to our mooring prepared to do the job, were super professional, protected the boat from damage while working and cleaned up thoroughly when done. “Wonderful experience with John. Made an appt on Friday for Monday at 10 am. Got there a little before 10.. The place was filled with cars and I though I am going to have a long wait. Met John told him I had an appointment to install headlight. Within minutes John removed the old headlight and installed the new one. John actually felt guilty at what he was charging as the light was very expensive. Not his fault and I was very pleased to be on my way within 20 minutes.
