“I went to check out the store after hearing good things about their selection and prices, but after browsing the selection, I was disappointed at some of the higher-than-expected prices on some of the items. They weren't that much less than regular prices at normal hardware or home goods stores. Some items were good deals, but overall, I didn't feel as though the hype met the reality and that I would've saved that much money by shopping here than other big box stores. Clothing, craft supplies, food stuff, and some other items were priced well and the selection is great but I imagine that there are different items for sale every time you shop there and you never know what you might find. Augusta needs a store like this, but I like Mardens better personally.”

“The selection in this store is great! However, why would you put items so close to the door without being watched. I walked in and saw mento gum there were 3. I picked up to check flavor. Citrus. Nope put back. Checked out. Now only 1. I didn't see anyone walk in with the other 2. With the prices the way the are makes the thieves even worse. Just wanted you to know this!”
“Dollar tree is really fun. Staff is friendly and has a great selection. The only problem is that prices have increased A LOT lately. First $1 then $1.25 and some even $1.75. They’ve also recently added the $5 section of the store.”

“Bell’s is a gem to central Maine. The food available there is amazing - brilliant array of delicious, yet random choices. We recently enjoyed some sea bass, which was absolutely exceptional. We appreciate the family friendly atmosphere too. And most importantly, we are grateful for the hard-working family that makes this store such a special asset.
