“My 74 year old father was traveling through Maine. His truck broke down and he was able to limp it to a Walmart parking lot. Dan (on an errand to Walmart) noticed his hood up and offered help. Dan gave my father a ride to a parts store and then helped my father swap out a belt and some parts. My father offered him cash for his time and assistance. Dan refused and told my father it was his “good deed for the day”. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you, Dan.”

“Worked on my Nissan, but were unable to fix the problem. Didn't charge me. Sent me to the dealer, they had the car for a day & a half, replaced a part that didn't fix the problem & wanted to charge me $1150.00.
On NEI advice, had the Nissan dealership remove the new part & replace the old, since the change didn't fix the problem, & the dealership still charged me over $600.
Back to NEI where I always feel that I'm in good & trustworthy hands.”
