Kellen, the store manager, always has a smile on his face and a friendly attitude towards the customers - Even during the holidays when the line is almost out the door! A+++ service!”

“Our ducklings were delivered to the Waterville post office and we received a call to come pick them up if we wanted, instead of waiting another 24 hours for them to reach our post office. Since Waterville is only about 45 minutes away, we drove down to get them. It's a nice large post office with plenty of parking. Easy to find. Inside there are glass covered tables with stamp displays and other post office stuff. The post master was very nice. The ducklings all arrived safely.”

However, the office hours are very limited and discouraging.”

“I seem to have great luck with them only one time they delivered my package to the wrong house and it was a Christmas present so I was pissed and still am, never got it back but that’s the only time that I have had an issue with them. Sometimes the driver will be lazy and put my package UNDER the mail box or on top if the package is to big, not happy with that either but theirs one driver who is amazing and he drives like a white minivan whenever he delivers here everything is perfect, same time everything he’s not lazy and he does a great job. But other then that everything is good with them”
