“Worked on my Nissan, but were unable to fix the problem. Didn't charge me. Sent me to the dealer, they had the car for a day & a half, replaced a part that didn't fix the problem & wanted to charge me $1150.00. On NEI advice, had the Nissan dealership remove the new part & replace the old, since the change didn't fix the problem, & the dealership still charged me over $600. Back to NEI where I always feel that I'm in good & trustworthy hands.”
