“Needed to have some minor items checked from having seasonal changeover on tires that I had done at another shop. Not only did VIP check and tighten lug nuts, ensure that tire pressure was right, they checked the signal light reading and replaced wipers so I am set for winter. I was quoted a fee which then was changed to no charge! Talk about a WOW experience for me. I will be back as a customer that's for sure.”

“Super quick, affordable, and knowledgeable. I brought in a Subaru that had a pesky scraping sound I couldn't get rid of. The guys at Cumberland looked at it, tried some fixes, and charged me a fair price. When the problem persisted, they told me to bring it back, rode with me to hear where the noise came from, and fixed it again within a few hours, this time getting the noise to almost zero. Never charged me for the second visit and gave me good advice about long term fixes my car might need and how to mitigate problems in the short term. If I lived in the area this would be my go-to garage!”
“My check engine light came on June 15, 2024 in Western NY - I was on my way to Portland, ME. I began calling auto repair shops in Portland and all of them could not help me until the first week of July, 2024. That’s where Meineke came in and they truly went out of their way to help me. The issue was with the thermostat in my Miata. They replaced it with an OEM one at a reasonable price. As of today June, 23 - one thousand miles with my new thermostat - I am truly great full to Meineke.”
