“I wish to give a shout out to Dave at Sullivan Tire, location on Rte 1 closest proximity to Johnson Road, for his professionalism and excellent customer service this morning. (I already had a great experience last year purchasing and installing tires at Sullivan's.) Yesterday morning I discovered my tires were low on pressure (happens on cold mornings), however one tire's pressure would not come back up during the course of the day. I attempted to inflate myself, but was unable to find a working air pump in downtown Falmouth. This morning same thing, so I pulled into Sullivan's and explained my situation. Dave took care of this tire, plus bringing all 3 other tires back up, without appointment, without hassle, and got me to work on time. In addition to quality work, it is also these little things that keep loyal customers, which I am definitely one now. Thanks Dave!”
