“Just started a business this year. After receiving my LLC I went to this branch to start a business account with no clue where to start. Nicholas Hallowell helped to get me all set up along with all of the information I would need to get payroll set up through Bangor Payroll. Phil from payroll was very helpful in the process as well, a special gesture of gratitude goes to Nick for talking me through an honestly nerve wracking first encounter with things typically beyond my paygrade that I now had to become familiar with. He was kind, helpful and very insightful for the questions I had. I hope to see him climb the ranks at this branch because any visit after that first one he has gone above and beyond even working a few minutes past his shift to make sure I was taken care of. My loyalty will stay with Bangor Savings for the foreseeable future to say the least.”
“Superlative in every way is my feeling. Very polite, courteous, attentive and thoughtful in Falmouth where I opened my account and in Millinocket as well.The assistant manager in Millinocket knows that I use a walker and One afternoon she was walking by the door saw me in my car and stepped out and asked if I had done my banking business successfully because they were closing in ten minutes. I had already been in the bank and had done my banking business successfully I was just taking a longer time getting in my car to leave. That Is the type of customer service they employ.....looking out for the customer! I also MUST add that I’ve had to call with a question more than once.... and the call-center response team is also superlative. Although I am not a large deposit customer by any measure, I’m treated like I’m worth $1 million. I certainly feel “that you matter more” at Bangor Savings Bank.”
