Every single product I have purchased my dog absolutely loves and they alway give great advice! I love them so much that I literally refuse to get my dogs treats, toys, dog food, you name it anywhere else! The products and store are great but the people are even better!❤️”
“What an incredibly funky business with the largest supply of pet & livestock supplies I've ever seen in one place. This is certainly not a slick franchise operation. They've been there for decades so the staff is not only super friendly but knowledgeable. Bring the kids because they usually have live chicks & bunnies for sale right outside the entrance..”
“I've been taking my 2 dogs there for grooming a couple years now. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Tomi has been grooming our boys and always does a wonderful job even when challenged by the pups. The last few times we went, Tomi spoke with us about the the pups and how they did. Sometimes she can't groom them as well as she would like if they are less than cooperative. She always chalks it up to them having an off day.
The person who I believe is the Manager, Patricia C, always has to get her two cents in and it seems she feels a need to complain about their behavior. Today when we entered the store it was quiet, you could have heard a pin drop. As we were checking out, once again Patricia felt the need to tell us one of them barked the entire time. I would think the conversation we had with the groomer should be sufficient but Patricia C always seems to feel the need to berate us, even with other customers present in the past. I think she needs to get a job in a library where it is quiteter. Maybe use her lack of management skills on late book returns.”
“Good experience buying fish here and maintaining the tank with them. Bought our tank and the fish at Xmas and they are going strong. Just added a new friend this weekend. Staff are young but kind and helpful.”
“We have been in business since 2002, and our 500-gallon saltwater tank is the show-stopping feature in our restaurant. For the last 22 years, New England Aquarium Services has taken exception care of our fish, and our tank is always in peak condition. If we ever have any issues that need to be addressed, Rick is quick to respond.
