“Gotta give this location a 5 stars, from the woman who got the part exchanged due to manufacture warranty to the guys who gave some solid advice about fuel saving and making it about the customer. If I had a better memory I could name them those 4. One of the big reasons to shop and get quality from them.”

“My fiance and I went in today not intending to buy a new vehicle but for the game piece on the sales flyer. We got talking with Seth and started looking at some vehicles. He showed us a Mazda that we absolutely fell in love with. Will and the financial advisor Nick that we worked with were great and worked hard at getting the right deal for us and we were able to leave with the car we fell in love with. This was one of the best car buying experiences we've had and loved working with them all. Extremely happy with how today's experience was”

“This guy (Don, maybe? Can't remember) helped me out several times a few years ago when my old Accord (then later, Mazda 6) needed parts in order for the good people of the twin cities to get their pizza on time. Long overdue review but I was very impressed with how accommodating and friendly he was, cannot overstate that. I'd tell him what I need, make a deal and be back on the road. Had to take the parts off the car myself a few times but that made it an adventure. Sometimes I'd find a part I never knew I needed but the prices were always lower than expected so I'd walk out with a smile, feeling accomplished. It's been a minute, but any time time I need something used, Morris is the first place I call.”

“Professional, top notch service that's guaranteed is why I bring my vehicle to The Shop Auto Service. I know when I leave after a repair, I won't have to go back. I know when I go in for a repair, they will repair the issue and not stick it to me with unnecessary repairs. That piece of mind is worth every penny! Great people that do honest work. That's why I'm a loyal customer of 10+ years.”

“My mother in law was in need of an affordable, reliable preowned vehicle. After driving around several lots and not seeing anything that fit the bill, we decided to take a chance and get help from a sales member. We worked with Ken in the westbrook office. He was pleasant, personable and responsive to our many questions, requests, and needs. After just a few minutes, he found her a vehicle that not just met her needs, but also delighted her.The vehicle was a fair price and in great shape. We didn't have to "fight" for anything to be properly attended to. The cars was well detailed and with a full tank of gas, which was delightful too...sometimes it's the little details. The whole transaction was easy, minimal pressure (I expect some sales tactics..and there were but non aggressive), and met our needs and timeline. We are only a few days since the purchase so the car is running great. We hope that will be the case for many years.I've purchase several cars in my life and this experience has been one of the best.Thank you Ken and the Bill Dodge team on behalf of Debbie and I.”

“I can’t thank this shop enough. Mike was so wonderful and professional, and went above and beyond what he had to do. It can be so hard to find good, honest, auto businesses and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.”

“Fairly easy to get to on Rodman Road in Auburn, plenty of parking. They have a nice assortment of parts and supplies on display, but their main service is what they stock behind the counter. Ask for Ryan, he is one of those "super duper service technicians", and he can find you what ever you need. Don't know how he does it, but he just has a "parts whisperer" thing going on and he will find you what you need. The prices are very reasonable and they routinely beat the online pricing. They have a lot in stock and I've only had to wait for one or two truck parts to be ordered over the years, and even then the parts were there in a day, but for the most part they will have what you need in stock. All of the guys on the counter have been very helpful. If you don't know exactly what you need, they will walk you through the schematics and diagrams to find the part you need. They are very patient and I've never felt rushed. All around you won't find a better place for truck parts.”

“The gentleman who helped me was amazing. I wish I had gotten all the parts I needed from him. I had ordered some from an online site, and they didn't fit. This man took the time to be sure I had the right ones and compared what I brought into what I was getting.”

“In the time it took me to walk in, get registered into their system and pay for new windshield wipers, my car was parked back outfront by the door ready to go, new wipers installed and windshield cleaned. I was there maybe 5 minutes. Excellent and FAST customer service.”

“Ordered a 20' fiberglass Louisville extension ladder - my bad, too short. Phone call to Black Bear - arrange for return/upgrade to 24' Lousiville. No re-stocking fee - charged the difference between the two ladders and a delivery fee. Unbelievably reasonable!!! I wrapped the 20' ladder in tarp to protect it from rain/weather until it could be returned. Delivery of 24 footer today - absolutely perfect!!As for prices ? I shopped and shopped - Black Bear prices were lower, period! I could not find a step - ladder with a paint tray - IF, there was a gripe, that would be it. Let me be clear - no gripes - could not be more pleased. Thank you. Excellent experience!!”

“Napa always has the parts you need or they will get them for you. I do miss the Napa Jobber they used to give out back in the day, however times have changed. lolParts here are going to cost you more than other competitors brick and mortar stores but the quality and the parts person helping you usually makes up for it. On the other hand if you have time to forecast what you need and order the parts online your going to save yourself about 50% from what Napa is going to going to charge you for the same part. Napa has made a profit center from sourcing a part ( just like you can nowadays ) from a supplier or supply house, and marking it up 100% then selling it to you at what that call a bargain. Now if your a “ preferred customer “ or have a “dealer” or “ shop” account they will give you small price breaks so you can again mark that part up another 100% and gouge the customer that dared not know how to find the part themselves and lacked the know how to install it properly without the aid of a “mechanic” that may or may not actually be diagnosing and repairing your vehicles issue properly, or just guessing and replacing parts one at a time until they finally fix the problem all the while at your expense ( that’s what makes up the difference between parts changers and actual mechanics). With all that being said …. Napa is basically just another parts store that is selling the same stuff as every other parts store but more Bougee, with an added expense. They used to be somewhat innovative and spent time and money doing R&D ( research and development) of commonly failed parts, develop workarounds and then bring them to market as a proprietary item but as of late that has fizzled much like the Napa Jobber had. If you have to time and patience to stroke a few keys and look at a screen ( just like the parts person behind the counter is doing while your talking to him or her) then you too can find the same part for quite a bit less. Yes, you would have to be somewhat knowledgeable of the parts and repair game to know who’s who and what’s what as far as quality and longevity for parts but anyone with a mechanical aptitude of a couple years can out perform and come in much lower on the bottom line of your profit and loss spreadsheet at the end of the day when all is said and done. I give Napa 4 stars for their “know how” and there stores availability of parts , The free delivery of parts to shops that install their parts. They could have earned five stars if Napa gave back in the form of customer appreciation or showed more support for the community like hosting car washes for local school sport teams or civic organizations or collected toys for tots or really anything that shows they wanted to be a part of the community that provided for them. ( other than the few N95 masks they donated during the pandemic /// I personally donated almost 1000 N95 masks myself to local health care workers in my community during the pandemic and I don’t own a multi million dollar company/// and a very large amount of sterile gloves which I was impressed with //// correct me if I’m wrong and they already do more than that, please)”

“After checking out 3 other auto body places I decided to have my 2008 Mustang painted at Armands. Absolutely the best decision I could have made. The mustang is beautiful, looks like it did the day we drove it off the lot. My thanks to Dan and his crew for all their hard work. I would highly recommend this business.”

“I brought my car here for an oil change because I don't drive it nearly enough to stick to the manufacture's recommended oil change interval. Scheduling was a breeze and they got me in and out in the window that they quoted. They also get a ton of bonus points for being great with my 2-year old daughter who loves to go on trips to the "car doctor". Highly recommended!”

“The guys at Randy's are so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and if they don't have the part they're only too happy to refer you to someone who does have the part. Today they save me a bunch of money and also located the third part that I was looking for and not only that but wrote down the name of the company and their phone number so that I could drive there and save a bunch of shipping costs. ???”
