“I own a 2013 fiat 500c and love the car. The drivers side rusted near the bottom of the door and up into the wheelwell. I called every body shop and no one wanted to touch it. Lemays Auto Body in Lisbon, Me took a look at it and said they could do it in about 3 months time. I took the appointment happily. It took a few weeks, I had told John I was in no hurry. It was beautiful. Such a nice job. He said he changed the paint once because the color was a little off. It looks great, washed and waxed the whole thing. The car has more stability at the repair now. Great job John and your team. I will tell all my friends and family.”

“After Rowe Hyundai Auburn didn't respond to multiple call and emails, I turned to Portland Performance to fix an RPM/Idling issues with my 2021 Hyundai Sonata. They were able to diagnose the issue, found a relevant Technical Service Bulletin (TSB 23-EE-006H), and were able to fix it promptly and for a reasonable price! They didn't try and upsell for any other services. If you are looking for a competent, reasonable, and trustworthy garage for your vehicles maintenance and repairs, Portland Performance is the best choice and the L/A area and I will certainly use them again if needed!”

“Wow. We are SO happy we discovered this great Maine company! Not only is the 16’ step ladder perfect for reaching our ridiculously high cathedral ceiling, the service and product are top-notch. My husband called and arranged for delivery (fast, two day, door-to-door) but got overly anxious to replace our ceiling fans and picked up the ladder in person. Black Bear crew were exceptional. He came back with a high quality ladder at a reasonable price, and raved about the great service. Highly, highly recommend.
