“Had a mix up between what origin place and fulfillment distributor told me and the final mile distributor but figured it out and all is well and getting resolved. Me being in pain was not a very good partner to me being patient or making sure everyone had the same info.
Once Maine delivery got the green light to deliver they were incredibly fast, same day, cannot beat that. Miscommunication was not their fault. Great personable and professional team delivered to me today.

“I recently got a unit here. I chose Bangor Self Storage because it was conveniently located to where I live. I have to say I'm impressed with the upgrades being done by the new owner. The whole place has been painted, new doors installed as well as new security measures and automatic lighting. My unit is clean, dry and reasonably priced.”

“Nice clean place but the lady had us by a lock and then when we got to the storage unit there was a welcome bag with a lock in it and would not let us return the lock that we bought for $19”
“The movers showed up on time and began loading immediately. It was a four person crew that knew what they were doing. They were personable, polite, and professional. They handled our furnishings with care. In two hours time they had loaded everything and were gone. I look forward to the return of our furnishings after storage.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“I really appreciate a UHAUL employee helping me hook up this UHAUL Motorcycle trailer as I've never hauled a UHAUL Trailer before this UHAUL employee went out of his way to help me as I had an issue with my hitch whoever owned my car before me broke a 2" hitch receiver pin in the receiver portion this not allowing me to put my pin through the UHAUL employee helped me get this problem by hammering in the new pin which by doing so allowed the old broken pin piece to come out freely and allowed my new 2" ball hitch pin to go through all the way I'm so thankful this employee helped me get on my way”
