That they tested to make sure worked properly before they left. I’m paying what I think to be a nominal price too. Retail just under 1000k each and my total leasing cost will be right around 2500. That’s pretty damn good all things considered. 1.they financed me 2. They delivered AND installed. 3. The hoses and plug they brought with them to install the washer with saved me a lot of up front cost, hell I don’t know they might not have even charged me for them!”

“Great recent experience! We had an issue with an online purchase and needed some skilled intervention. We got to the store about 830pm on Tuesday🤯 after driving over an hour. The manager David was super gracious as was the young lady at the customer service counter. They took care of us, managed our charge card issue and got us out the door with the product we needed. Special thanks to the young lady who stopped stocking shelves to help us find the microwave we needed. She also walked across the store and secured an orange cart to get our purchase out to the car. Tyler was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the issue, ordered the correct part, and had it installed a few days later. Tyler was kind enough to refer us to some electricians to fix problems unrelated to the washer repair. 10/10”
