“Great recent experience! We had an issue with an online purchase and needed some skilled intervention. We got to the store about 830pm on Tuesday🤯 after driving over an hour. The manager David was super gracious as was the young lady at the customer service counter. They took care of us, managed our charge card issue and got us out the door with the product we needed. Special thanks to the young lady who stopped stocking shelves to help us find the microwave we needed. She also walked across the store and secured an orange cart to get our purchase out to the car. I couldn't ask for more from those folks. Outstanding work and just before closing 😵💫🙏. Thank y'all!”

“Really just your typical harbor freight tools. Nothing too special employees were nice. Was able to use my harbor freight card. Plenty of parking and they have a bathroom so come check out this location if you need some tools and you’re on Mount Desert Island, you’ll save some money. Is it handicap accessible? I would say yes they do have a turnstile to get in.”
